Inspired by the author's unconventional life story, Adolescence, Courir la nuit aboie paints the portrait of a 17-year-old adrift, in the grip of drugs and delinquency, locked up in prison while others his age are learning about love and their lessons and partying in freedom. Like a summer storm, the play recounts the discoveries made in that period of transition between childhood and the first responsibilities. A near-solo performance accompanied musically by Pierre Audétat, with whom he composes a poetic, sonic journey into the hallucinatory vortex of a drunk teenager drifting from a cell to a bedroom, from psychiatric isolation to the street, from a squat to the bourgeois house of his childhood.
